The invention relates to an automatic work bench level adjusting method which comprises at least three height-adjustable supporting leg assemblies used for supporting a work bench. The supporting leg assemblies comprise upper supporting legs, lower supporting legs and lifting mechanisms arranged between the upper supporting legs and the lower supporting legs. Hydraulic inlets and hydraulic outlets are formed in the lateral sides of cylinder bodies of the lifting mechanisms and cylinder covers of the lifting mechanisms, the hydraulic inlets and the hydraulic outlets are connected with a hydraulic pump through hydraulic pipelines, a double-shaft horizontal sensor is arranged on the lower end face of the work bench, the horizontal sensor is connected with a processor unit, and the processor unit can control through holes of the lifting mechanisms to be opened. Media can flow from the tops to the bottoms of piston body assemblies in the lifting mechanisms to enable the cylinder bodies to move downwards, so that the heights of corresponding upper supporting legs are reduced or through holes are closed. The hydraulic pump is started to enable the media to flow from the bottoms to the tops of the piston body assemblies through the hydraulic pipelines to enable the cylinder bodies to move upwards, so that the heights of corresponding upper supporting legs are increased until the corresponding upper supporting legs are aligned to the work bench.
