The invention provides a vehicular rearview mirror, a light intensity adjusting method of the vehicular rearview mirror, and a vehicle. The vehicular rearview mirror comprises a light intensity adjusting element, a light sensing element and a control unit; the light intensity adjusting element is used for adjusting intensity of incoming light to avoid dazzling light. The light sensing element is correspondingly disposed on the light incoming side of the light intensity adjusting element. The light sensing element is used for sensing the intensity of light entering the light intensity adjusting element. The control unit is used for controlling the light intensity adjusting element to adjust the intensity of incoming light according to changes in light intensity sensed by the light sensing element at different time. The structure of the vehicular rearview mirror is greatly simplified; the fact that when both light from front and rear are strong, the adjusting function of the light intensity adjusting element is unable to be enabled is avoided, thus the anti-dazzling function of the vehicular rearview mirror under the fact above is unable to be enabled is avoided, and the anti-dazzling function of the vehicular rearview mirror is more sensitive and intelligent.
