The invention discloses an oil and electricity hybrid power transmission system of a vehicle. The oil and electricity hybrid power transmission system comprises a first shaft linked with an engine shaft, a second shaft linked with a motor shaft, a third shaft linked with an input shaft of a gearbox. The first shaft and the third shaft are coaxial, a clutch mechanism used for making the first shaft separate from or connected with the third shaft is disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft, the clutch mechanism comprises a mounting disc and a drive friction disc which are mounted to the first shaft, a spring is mounted between the mounting disc and the drive friction disc, and the third shaft is provided with a driven friction disc and a magnet yoke assembly used for driving the spring to cling to the driven friction disc. When a storage battery is exhausted, an explosive motor starts to work to drive a motor to rotate to charge the storage battery. When fuel in the explosive motor is exhausted, the storage battery supplies power to the motor to drive wheels to rotate. Compared with a conventional vehicle, a vehicle having the oil and electricity hybrid power transmission system can run 100 km using 10 L oil, and can charge 30% capacity of a storage battery at the same time, a motor can run extra 30 km using the 30% power, not only the driving cost can be saved, but also environmental pollution can be reduced.
