The invention relates to the field of automobile technology and relates to a composite material-made plate spring and an automobile. The composite material-made plate spring comprises an arched plate spring body and rigid connection members installed on two ends of the plate spring body, wherein the plate spring body is made from fiber reinforced composite material; a groove is formed in each rigid connection member; two ends of the plate spring body are respectively inserted into the grooves; a boss is arranged on the upper surface of each rigid connection member; and a through hole for a pin roll for connection between each rigid connection member and a vehicle frame lug. With the above arrangements and a fixed distance between centers of front and back vehicle frame lugs, longitudinal length of the plate spring body can be increased and a contact area between the plate spring body and the rigid connection member can be increased. Longitudinal force born by the plate spring body can be greatly shared by the rigid connection members and stress action points and action directions of the plate spring body during brake can be changed, so shearing force born by the plate spring body can be reduced and fatigue life can be prolonged and safety performance can be enhanced.
