The invention discloses a heating control method of a power battery of an electric vehicle. The heating control method includes following steps: (1) detecting the temperature of the power battery, when the temperature of the power battery is lower than a first preset temperature, controlling the power battery to heat through pulse-type self-discharging method; and (2) when the temperature of the power battery reaches a second preset temperature, controlling the power battery to stop the pulse-type self-discharging, wherein the second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature. According to the heating control method of the power battery of the electric vehicle, the power battery is heated by means of the energy stored in the power battery itself, so that the method is low in cost and is good in effect, and can ensure normal start of the electric vehicle in a low-temperature environment. The invention also discloses a heating control apparatus of the power battery of the electric vehicle and the electric vehicle having the heating control apparatus.
