The invention relates to an electronic vehicle ordering system which is located at the exit of an outdoor parking lot. Vehicles from multiple exit lanes may enter the exit of the outdoor parking lot. The electronic vehicle ordering system comprises an exit information acquirer, a computer controller, and multiple lane information acquirers. The computer controller orders license numbers, pushed by the lane information acquirers, of vehicles at the lanes. The exit information acquirer numbers the vehicles at the exit of the outdoor parking lot, and determines lowered charge percentage of the vehicles at the exit of the outdoor parking lot according to the numbers and an ordered result of the computer controller. The electronic vehicle ordering system guarantees driving order at the exit of the outdoor parking lot provided with multiple exit lanes and prevents collision accidents.
