The invention discloses a turnover unit and a 180-degree turnover tool for a frame. The turnover unit comprises a supporting seat, wherein the supporting seat is provided with a first turnover rack and a second turnover rack; the back ends of the first turnover rack and the second turnover rack are hinged to the supporting seat; the second turnover rack is partially overlapped with the first turnover rack, and can drive the first turnover rack to overturn relative to the supporting seat; a second oil cylinder is mounted between the second turnover rack and the supporting seat; one end of the second oil cylinder is hinged to the second turnover rack; the other end of the second oil cylinder is hinged to the supporting seat; a first oil cylinder is mounted between the first turnover rack and the second turnover rack; one end of the first oil cylinder is hinged to the first turnover rack; the other end of the first oil cylinder is hinged to the second turnover rack. The turnover unit and the 180-degree turnover tool for the frame can be used for overturning the frame step by step continuously, and is high in turnover efficiency, smooth and stable in rotation and good in safety. A pipeline is prevented from bursting in a turnover process. At an operation aspect, an interlocking function can be added; a button of a locking mechanism is enabled to be controlled not to act in the turnover process; the misoperation is prevented. The turnover unit and the 180-degree turnover tool for the frame also have the advantages of simple and compact structure, low manufacturing cost and convenience in use.
