The invention provides a 90-degree turnover mechanism. The 90-degree turnover mechanism comprises a work bench and an overturn platform; the 90-degree turnover mechanism is characterized in that the middle part of the work bench is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and the outer ends of the two sides of the arc-shaped groove are provided with fixed pulleys; the overturn platform is installed in the arc-shaped groove; a contact surface of the overturn platform and the arc-shaped groove is a 3/4 circular arc; the inner side of the overturn platform is a first work table and a second work table which are vertical to each other; the overturn platform is connected and fixed with the fixed pulleys through a track and can slide; the upper sides of the fixed pulleys are provided with operation desks; a working surface of the work bench and the two ends of the arc-shaped groove are provided with safety sensors; the rear side of the work bench is provided with a power controller; the power controller is connected with the overturn platform and is used for providing power to the turnover of the turnover platform. The 90-degree turnover mechanism provided by the invention effectively performs 90-degree turnover without damage on hubs of a forklift and saves the working space; besides, the structure is simple, the maintenance is easy, and the maintenance cost is low.
