The invention relates to an airbag device of a saddle-riding-type vehicle. The task of the invention is to provide an airbag device which can improve riding feeling of passengers of a saddle-riding-type vehicle while arranging an airbag in the front of the vehicle. The airbag device of the saddle-riding-type vehicle comprises a vehicle body cover covering the back surface of a front tube and configured to be in front of a seat where a passenger is seated to form a bestriding space and a holding body (31) arranged in the bestriding space and accommodating the airbag. The holding body is arranged to incline upwards towards the rear portion along the vehicle body cover. Simultaneously, in the side view, the airbag bulges along a direct inclined towards the front side relative to the center line inclined along the holding body.
