The invention relates to an unmanned plane for conveying refrigerated medicine, and belongs to the technical field of unmanned plane application. The unmanned plane comprises an unmanned plane body and a medicine refrigeration tube, wherein a medicine refrigeration tube insertion hole is formed in the fuselage of the unmanned plane body; workers place medicine into a medicine storage chamber in the medicine refrigeration tube, insert the medicine refrigeration tube together with the medicine into a preset position of the medicine refrigeration tube insertion hole in the fuselage of the unmanned plane body, and send power supply instruction information to an operation and control system of the unmanned plane, and then the operation and control system of the unmanned plane instructs a circuit controller to supply electric current to a power socket, the electric current is input to a refrigerating machine arranged in the medicine refrigeration tube through the power socket and a power plug, and the preset temperature in the medicine storage chamber in the medicine refrigeration tube can be kept; when the unmanned plane reaches a preset place and lands, the workers send preset insertion hole cover opening instruction information to the operation and control system of the unmanned plane, so that medicine recipients can smoothly pull out the medicine refrigeration tube and take out the medicine.
