The invention relates to a wind-ball roller-wing aircraft, belonging to the technical field of aviation aircrafts. The wind-ball roller-wing aircraft comprises a fuselage, a power device, a left wing, a right wing, an empennage and an undercarriage. The power device comprises an energy supply system and a propeller or towing force device. The left wing and the right wing are the same in structure and size and are symmetrically arranged at the left and right sides of a longitudinal symmetric plane of the fuselage. The left wing comprises a left electromotor, a left clutch, a left wing shaft, a left roller wing and a left wind ball. The right wing comprises a right electromotor, a right clutch, a right wing shaft, a right roller wing and a right wind ball. Under the action of forwards-coming flow, the left wind ball and the right wind ball can rotate, and looking right from the left side of the fuselage, the left roller wing is driven to do clockwise rotation by the left wind ball; the right roller wing is driven to also do clockwise rotation by the right wind ball. Under the combined action of the forwards-coming flow and circulatory flow of the rotating left and right roller wings, an upward lifting force is generated by the left and right roller wings, so that the aircraft can fly in the air. The aircraft disclosed by the invention can achieve STOL (Short Take Off and Landing) and is maneuverable and flexible in flight.
