The invention discloses a rotor wing lift device with a wind ball drive wind wheel, and belongs to the technical field of aviation. The rotor wing lift device comprises a machine frame, a power input shaft, a gear set, a main shaft, a first rotor wing, a second rotor wing, a first wind wheel shaft, a second wind wheel shaft, a first wind wheel, a second wind wheel, a first wind ball and a second wind ball. The power input shaft is perpendicularly installed on the machine frame through bearings. The main shaft is perpendicularly installed on the machine frame through bearings. The first wind wheel shaft and the second wind wheel shaft are coaxially, symmetrically and horizontally arranged. The first wind ball is fixed to the end, away from the main shaft, of the first wind wheel shaft. The second wind ball is fixed to the end, away from the main shaft, of the second wind wheel shaft. The first wind wheel is arranged in a front edge groove of the first rotor wing. The second wind wheel is arranged in a front edge groove of the second rotor wing. The two rotor wings are driven by power to rotate around the main shaft, the two wind wheels are driven by the two wind balls to rotate in the front edge grooves of the rotor wings, and the rotor wing lift device is used as a lift device in an aircraft rising and falling perpendicularly.
