The invention relates to the technical field of ship device mounting, in particular to a ship hull part fixing device and method. Through the fixing device, a ship hull part can be fixed conveniently without welding clamping, and fixing work is simpler. Meanwhile, the fixing device can be flexibly combined according to actual needs and can be repeatedly used, so that the manufacturing and construction efficiency of the ship hull part are greatly improved, and the cost is better saved. The ship hull part fixing device is applied to executing the ship hull part fixing method, the operation of welding clamping is of no need, and meanwhile the great amount of work of cutting, grinding and the like caused by using a welding fixing method is avoided; the demand for the skill level of workers is lowered, the manufacturing and construction efficiency of the ship hull part is better improved, and the construction cost is saved.
