The invention discloses a voltage reconstruction method based on a phase-locked loop. An inverter is controlled by a control system to supply power to neutral sections, flexible phase splitting of a train without outage through electricity is achieved, a voltage signal is reconstructed by using angles output by the phase-locked loop and timely measurement reference voltage amplitudes, a new reference voltage signal is formed, phase conversion can be conducted on the voltage output by the inverter rapidly, and phase lock can be conducted on a corresponding reference voltage signal. By means of the method, the phase adjustment speed of the voltage output by the inverter can be improved, the frequency fluctuation can be reduced in the phase adjustment process, and the adverse effect on a system can be lowered in the phase adjustment process.
