The invention provides an electric passenger car brake energy efficient recycling control method. The method includes the steps that a vehicle controller detects openness of a current brake pedal in real time; according to the openness of the current brake pedal, a current brake power factor is calculated in real time; according to the current brake power factor, brake power required currently is calculated; according to the brake power required currently, brake torque required currently by a motor is calculated and sent to a motor controller; the motor controller brakes the motor according to the brake torque given by the vehicle controller. The brake torque value of the motor is given through the brake power factor controlled through a circle curve, the optimal brake power can be reached in short time, brake requirements of a driver are met quickly, and use of pneumatic brake and abrasion of a brake pad are reduced; meanwhile, the energy recycling rate can be increased during braking, electricity consumption of a car is lowered, and the driving mileage of the electric passenger car is increased.
