The invention relates to a rubber material composition for treads of tyres with low rolling resistance and high tearing performance. The composition comprises 20# standard rubber, carbon black N234, carbon black N115, 175 white carbon black, stearic acid, an antiaging agent 4020, an antiaging agent DTPD, protective wax, zinc oxide, RT260 resin, sulfur having a size of 200 meshes, an accelerator NS and a scorch retarder CTP. The composition is advantageous in that: the composition utilizes epoxy resin, percentage elongation after ageing of a tyre tread formula and tearing performance of the rubber material are improved, and crack growth of tyre treads is reduced.
