The invention discloses a spacecraft fault diagnosis method based on an event queue. The method includes the steps that firstly, spacecraft fault diagnosis related data are acquired; whether the acquired fault diagnosis related data meet an event registration condition is judged, if yes, event registration is performed, and if not, whether an event in the current event queue meets an event triggering condition is judged; if yes, corresponding on-off operation is performed, and if not, fault diagnosis in the period is ended. According to the method, a time sequence condition judging fault occurrence is abstracted into the event, a fault treatment measure is abstracted into the action, fault diagnosis and treatment are achieved through the event queue, formal description of a complex fault diagnosis and treatment scene is achieved, and the method is provided for clearly and unambiguously describing the spacecraft fault diagnosis requirement. A spacecraft fault diagnosis and treatment scheme designer can clearly describe the spacecraft fault diagnosis requirement easily through the method, and the fault diagnosis and treatment method can be reused easily.
