With the growth of spacecraft scale and the complexity of spacecraft functions, the management of spacecraft operation process is developing automatically and intelligently. In this paper, based on the telemetry data, a knowledge-based diagnostic rule base is constructed by using flexible diagnostic rule customization methods to achieve automatic interpretation and early warning of spacecraft operation status. According to the fault state, this system matches the fault diagnosis model and intelligently diagnoses and reasons the fault mechanism. Through reasoning the results, the fault contingency plan is launched and the fault is handled. The application of the system achieves the automatic on-orbit maintenance, improves the efficiency of the ground test, enhances the ability of fault detection and emergency treatment of the on-orbit spacecraft, and reduces the working pressure of the on-orbit maintenance personnel in the TT&C base.
