The invention discloses a planetary gear power coupler and a hybrid power driving device using the planetary gear power coupler. The planetary gear power coupler is that a hollow structure is arranged through a motor shaft (141), a sun gear (123) and a planetary frame (121), wherein the motor shaft (141) is connected with the sun gear (123); an input output shaft (130) passes through the hollow structure to be connected with the planetary frame (121); the power can be input at the decelerating gear of a motor (140); the power can be input at the direct gear of an engine (300); the two power can be coupled without shifting the gear; therefore, the problems of shifting in the prior art, complex structure, complex control and high cost can be solved; the planetary gear power coupler is mainly applied to the field of various traffic means needing hybrid power driving.
