The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a crossroad intelligent traffic light device. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a self-power camera (2) which achieves real-time monitoring and generates and transmits data is arranged at the top end of a common traffic light device (1), the camera (2) is connected with a two-way transmission data line (3), and the data line (3) is connected with traffic light device (1) and a self-power terminal (4). The manufacturing method has the advantages that the traffic light time can be adjusted according to the real-time road conditions of a crossroad, traffic is safer, more convenient and more user-friendly, and therefore traffic jam conditions are reduced.
