The invention relates to a tapered threaded rod type submerging and surfacing generating station. The generating station comprises an anchor pile I, anchor piles II and a catamaran, the catamaran is connected with multiple submerging and surfacing tapered threaded rod type water-flow powered objects, and the submerging and surfacing tapered threaded rod type water-flow powered objects are fixed onto the multiple anchor piles II through multiple steel cables in a single or series-wound mode; the multiple series-wound submerging and surfacing tapered threaded rod type water-flow powered objects are connected to a transmission shaft, each submerging and surfacing tapered threaded rod type water-flow powered object is composed of a tapered threaded rod water wheel, and the tapered threaded rod water wheels are connected with an electric generator through a universal union joint. The submerging and surfacing tapered threaded rod type powered objects are submerged totally below the water level and subjected to water flow impact, so that power is generated, and the backsides of the submerging and surfacing tapered threaded rod type powered objects are fixed below the water level by boat style floating bodies. The generating station has the advantages that under the state that water flow velocity ranges from two meters to three meters per second, the generation cost of each kilowatt needs only from 1,000 RMB to 2,000 RMB and takes up one fifth of that of a common generating station and one tenth of that of a wind power station.
