The invention discloses a tee joint conveying device and a conveying method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of natural gas pipeline conveying. The tee joint conveying device comprises a moving carrier and a ram mechanism. The ram mechanism comprises a fixed support, a ram, a concentric sleeve and a clamping groove. The ram is fixed to the fixed support. The concentric sleeve is welded to a support plate of the fixed support. The fixed support is connected with a portal frame of the moving carrier through a fixing shaft. One end of the clamping groove is welded to the fixed support, and the other end of the clamping groove is in clamped connection with the portal frame of the moving carrier. A forklift is used as a power device for tee joint conveying. The ram mechanism is simple in structure and can be easily assembled to the portal frame of the forklift to form a complete high-temperature tee joint conveying device, the tee joint conveying efficiency is improved, and therefore the production requirement for high grade steel and large-calibre hot-press tee joints is met.
