The invention relates to an intelligent scheduling machine, comprising a main machine and a display module which is arranged outside the main machine and connected with the main machine. The display module comprises two intelligent information screens which can synchronously display interaction information with a scheduling center; the intelligent information screens are communicated with the main machine by means of a CAN bus; the intelligent information screens are capacitive touch screens and also adopt the text to speech (TTS) technology to perform voice broadcast. According to the invention, two intelligent information screens arranged outside the main machine of the scheduling machine mounted in a track-laying locomotive for railways are used for synchronously displaying relevant information of the track-laying locomotive and other adjacent locomotives, any one of the screens can perform scheduling signaling, data information, voice information interaction operation with the scheduling center, the TTS technology is adopted to perform voice broadcast, and thus a driver can know the position information of the locomotives and the scheduling scheme of the scheduling center timely and accurately, so that the problems of high probability of faults and impreciseness due to completely manual operation of the scheduling system are truly solved.
