The invention discloses a braking kinetic energy conversion device of a subway locomotive. The braking kinetic energy conversion device comprises a restraining component, a transmission component and a kinetic potential energy conversion component; the restraining component is installed on the lower portion of a head of the subway locomotive and used for connecting the transmission component when the subway locomotive brakes, the transmission component is connected with the kinetic potential energy conversion component, and when the subway locomotive brakes, the kinetic energy brought by the restraining component can be converted to the potential energy; when the subway locomotive starts, the kinetic potential energy conversion component converts the potential energy to the kinetic energy, the kinetic energy is transmitted to the restraining component by the transmission component, and the locomotive is pushed to start. The braking kinetic energy conversion device is simple in structure, the absorption and conversion of the energy are achieved in a pure mechanical mode, the braking kinetic energy of the subway locomotive is converted, the problem that a large amount of the energy is lost in vain is solved, the braking kinetic energy conversion device is safe and reliable, the use of the braking kinetic energy conversion device has an obvious action on the industrial upgrading and the energy conservation and environment protection, and the economic benefit and the social benefit are remarkable.
