The invention relates to a ship alarming method. In the method, a ship alarming system based on running speed and the fatigue state of a driver is used. The system comprises a transducer subassembly, a distance measuring sensor subassembly, ship speed detecting equipment, control equipment and driver state detecting equipment, wherein the control equipment is respectively connected with the transducer subassembly, the distance measuring sensor subassembly, the ship speed detecting equipment and the driver state detecting equipment; the ship running speed based on outputting of the ship speed detecting equipment controls measurement precision level of the transducer subassembly; whether alarming on the ship running speed is carried out or not is judged by a measurement result based on the transducer subassembly and the distance measuring sensor subassembly; and whether alarming on the fatigue state of the driver is carried out or not is judged by a detection result based on the driver state detecting equipment. By the ship alarming method, the ship running safety is improved, ship collision accidents are avoided, economic loss of ship operators is reduced, and people and goods in a ship are protected against being damaged.
