The invention relates to a ship alarming method. The method comprises a ship alarming system, wherein the ship alarming system comprises a transducer assembly, a distance measuring sensor assembly, a ship speed detection equipment, control equipment and driver state detection equipment, wherein the ship alarming system is based on the running speed and the driver fatigue state; the control equipment is respectively connected with the transducer assembly, the distance measuring sensor assembly, the ship speed detection equipment and the driver state detection equipment, and is used for controlling the measurement accuracy level of the transducer assembly on the basis of the ship running speed which is output by the ship speed detection equipment, controlling whether alarming the ship running speed or not on the basis of the measurement results of the transducer assembly and the distance measuring sensor assembly, and determining whether alarming the driver fatigue state or not on the basis of the detection result of the driver state detection equipment. Through the ship alarming method, the running safety of a ship is improved; an accident of collision of a ship body is avoided; economic losses of ship operators are reduced; people and goods on the ship are prevented from being injured.
