The invention relates to the technical field of rubber inner tube production, and in particular, relates to an inner tube manufactured by rubber and chlorinated polyethylene. The inner tube is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of the chlorinated polyethylene, 15-25 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 10-20 parts of natural rubber, 10-12 parts of carbon black, 4-5 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-3 parts of sulfur, 3-5 parts of stearic acid, and 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent. The inner tube manufactured by the rubber and the chlorinated polyethylene is prepared by rubber-plastic processing and cooperation, is prepared by plastication, cooperation, mixing, rubber filtration, extrusion molding, jointing, mouth-mounting and vulcanization of the rubber and the chlorinated polyethylene, and has the advantages of excellent gas retaining performance, good anti-aging performance, high weight-carrying performance, relatively good processability and low cost.
