The invention discloses a track-laying train motion quantity signal conditioner based on an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). The track-laying train motion quantity signal conditioner module is characterized in that the motion quantity parameters of a track-laying train are collected and monitored in the track-laying operation process by taking an incremental photoelectric encoder as the sensor of a long steel rail vehicle. The motion quantity signal conditioner module realizes the collection for the motion quantity parameters of the track-laying train and the subdivision for signals, counting and operation functions.
