An electric vehicle emergency starting method includes an auxiliary battery normal voltage setting step, a DC/DC converter operation control step and a failure judging step. In other words, the method includes detecting the auxiliary battery operation voltage; when the operation voltage is smaller than a set auxiliary battery minimum normal operation voltage B, switching on an emergency starting button, forcing the DC/DC converter to operate, and allowing a vehicle controller to judge the existing failure and emit failure signals. The method has the advantages that the problem that a vehicle cannot start to drive due to the excessive low voltage caused by long-term idling of the vehicle or auxiliary battery ageing is solved, the troubles of the auxiliary battery brought to customers and safety risks of operation are eliminated, the valuable time and money are saved for the customers, the after-sale service cost is reduced for vehicle companies, and the vehicle brand effect of the vehicle companies is improved.
