The invention relates to a deep-well disconnecting-prevention clamping plate, which is composed of an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, several adjusting screws, several adjusting nuts and a hook. The upper clamping plate is positioned at upper part of the lower clamping plate, several adjusting screws are positioned at two sides of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, inner part of the several adjusting screws through the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate is fixedly connected to the several adjusting nuts, the hook is positioned at one side of the lower clamping plate, and the hook uses a rotation screw to connected with the lower clamping plate in a movable mode. The unique fixation mode of the clamping plate aims at different equipments and different objects for fixation operation, safety of on-site construction workers can be effectively solved, water pump installation time is greatly saved, and unnecessary loss can be effectively saved for clients.
