The invention relates to cable winding equipment, in particular to a cable winding device. The cable winding device comprises a rack, a cable arranging mechanism and a cable winding drum. The cable arranging mechanism comprises a lead screw, a lead screw nut cart, a motor forward rotation switch and a motor reverse rotation switch, and further comprises a polished rod parallel with the lead screw, a sliding base on the polished rod, a swinging rod on a vertical shaft of the sliding base and a cable guiding wheel at the front end of the swinging rod, wherein the motor forward rotation switch and the motor reverse rotation switch are installed on the lead screw nut cart, and the cable winding drum is arranged in front of the cable guiding wheel. The cable winding device has the advantages that the lead screw nut cart is constantly adjusted to move synchronously with a twisted cable of the cable winding drum all the time; when out-of-synchronism occurs, the out-of-synchronism temporary adjustment process in cable winding is started, and synchronism will be achieved quickly afterwards; the lead screw nut cart will move synchronously following the movement of the arranged cable on the cable winding drum all the time, so that the out-of-synchronism self-adjustment in the cable arranging process is embodied; when the lead screw nut cart runs to one end of the lead screw and needs to return, the tail end of the swinging rod will deflect to the switch on the other side because the cable will be in a returning stacked state, and then a motor operates in a reversing mode.
