The invention provides an active heave compensation experimental device, which comprises a heave simulation platform, a rope winch part, a platform posture detection part and a heave compensation control part, wherein the heave simulation platform comprises a base, a servo electric cylinder, a knuckle bearing, a platform and the like; the rope winch part consists of a servo motor, a speed reducer, a winding drum part and a suspension part, when heave compensation experiments are carried out, the heave simulation platform can simulate the heave motion, the platform posture detection part is used for detecting the motion status of the platform and feeding back the detected information to the control part for posture resolution and predict on the platform motion status, then the servo motor is controlled, the ascending and descending compensation motion to the lifted heavy objects is realized through driving of the rope winch part, so that the stability of heavy objects during motion is guaranteed. The active heave compensation experimental device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to control, and capable of verifying different compensation prediction algorithms, and the like.
