The invention discloses a tension measurement and regulation mechanism for a lift suspension rope. The mechanism comprises a screw, an elastic component, a locknut, a pressure sensor and a regulation nut, wherein the end of the screw is connected with the suspension rope, and the elastic component, the locknut, the pressure sensor and the regulation nut are arranged on the screw in a sleeving mode in sequence. The tension measurement and regulation mechanism for the lift suspension rope further comprises a regulator. The pressure sensor is arranged between the regulator and the regulation nut, the regulation nut is provided with a guiding portion, and the guiding portion is located between the screw and the pressure sensor. The tension measurement and regulation mechanism for the lift suspension rope is provided with the regulator and a regulation sleeve which are arranged on the periphery of the locknut in a covering mode, the locknut can be regulated conveniently and quickly, and the mechanism can be suitable for the locknuts with different specifications and sizes. Meanwhile, the special regulation nut is arranged, therefore, not only is output pressure of the pressure sensor more precise, but also the whole structure of the mechanism is simpler, and the production cost is more economical.
