The invention discloses an elevator suspension rope tension measurement and regulation mechanism, which comprises a screw rod with the end part being connected with a suspension rope, and an elastic component, a locking nut, a pressure sensor and a regulation nut sequentially sleeves the screw rod. The elevator suspension rope tension measurement and regulation mechanism also comprises a regulator, wherein the regulator supports the pressure sensor; the regulator is covered on the outer side of the locking nut; the regulator comprises at least one regulation window and at least one regulation hole so as to be convenient to regulate the locking nut. The elevator suspension rope tension measurement and regulation mechanism can conveniently and quickly regulate the locking nut, and can be applicable to locking nuts with different specifications and dimensions.
