The invention aims to provide a fuzzy control method of an automobile nonlinear active suspension system. The method includes the following steps that A, an active suspension system model is established, the state control expectation of the active suspension system is preset, and fractional order differential of a control error signal is defined; B, a fuzzy controller is designed, the control error signal and the fractional order differential of the control error signal are adopted for the fuzzy controller to serve as input variables, and the suspension control force serves as controller output; C, road impact load simulation is conducted on the active suspension system model under the action of the fuzzy controller, and the order parameter of the fractional order differential of the control error signal is determined according to a comprehensive performance index function; D, the control error signal and the fractional order differential of the control error signal serve as the input variables of the fuzzy controller, the output control force of the fuzzy controller is obtained, and control over the actual active suspension system is finished. By means of the fuzzy control method, the problems that by means of an existing technical scheme, scale factors and quantifying factors restrain one another, and the calculated quantity is large are solved, and the fuzzy control method has the advantages of being accurate in control and efficient in calculation.
