The invention relates to an automobile active suspension system, a control method and a vehicle, the automobile active suspension system comprises a simulation state simulation center arranged in a domain controller in a vehicle body, and the simulation state simulation center is respectively connected with a suspension adjusting system, an active suspension simulation system, a suspension feedback system and a moment road condition feedback system; the suspension adjusting system is arranged on an automobile and connected with the simulation state simulation center, the suspension module and the signal collecting system. The controller is respectively connected with the suspension receiving module and the suspension feedback system; and the active suspension simulation system is connected with the real-time road condition feedback. The control method comprises the following steps: a driving willingness: the controller reports a preliminary driving suspension adjustment scheme to the suspension module; applying willingness: according to the driving willingness of the controller, carrying out preliminary fitting on a suspension adjusting scheme; comprehensively reporting; performing simulation verification; performing simulation feedback; feeding back a result; and executing actual feedback. According to the invention, quick response can be realized in complex working conditions, and optimal control conditioning distribution can be realized in real time.
