The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace engines, in particular to a method for driving an engine, namely an anti-gravity engine, by means of the gravitational field curvature. The method comprises the steps that the circular motion replaces the linear motion, and anti-gravity is provided when gravitational force cannot provide the centripetal acceleration relative to the center of the gravitational force. According to the method, the circular motion is used for replacing the linear motion, and the anti-gravity is provided when the gravitational force cannot provide centripetal acceleration relative to the center of the gravitational force, so that the effect of driving the engine by means of the gravitational field curvature is achieved. By the adoption of the mode that the linear speed of a rotating object overcomes the gravitational force, the method can be used inside the atmosphere and the outer space; no extra working media are needed, thrust is provided, and the effective load is greatly and significantly improved; the method is applicable to gravitational fields with the curvatures larger than zero, such as an engine, an aircraft and an energy storing device.
