The invention discloses a laser-ultrasonic-based wheel defect non-contact flaw online detection method and device. The device comprises ultrasonic transducers (1), wheel position sensors (2), laser generators (3), a detection wheel (4) and light path regulators (6), wherein the ultrasonic transducers (1) are arranged below or on the lateral face of the detection wheel (4) in a group or array mode; the length of the ultrasonic transducers (1) is greater than or equal to the perimeter of the detection wheel (4); the laser generators (3) are arranged on the inner side or the outer side of the detection wheel (4) in groups; laser pulse emitted by the laser generators (3) is projected on the detection wheel (4); signals received by the ultrasonic transducers (1) are transmitted to a computer analyzing system through a collection system. The detection method achieves the non-contact flaw detection mode, installation is easy and convenient, the cost is low, coupling agents are not needed, the detection efficiency is high, the flaw detection speed is high, a probe is not prone to abrasion, the service life of the probe is better prolonged, and maintenance is convenient.
