The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a carbon/carbon-graphite/copper pantograph sliding plate for an electric locomotive. The method includes the steps that 1, a carbon fiber needled body or a carbon fiber woven body is adopted to serve as a precast body material; 2, chemical vapor deposition densification is conducted; 3, resin, graphite powder and copper powder are mixed according to a certain proportion and evenly stirred; 4, resin mixture dipping, solidification and carbonization processing is conducted; 5, high-temperature graphitization processing is conducted; 6, resin mixture dipping, solidification and carbonization processing is conducted; 7, the carbon/carbon-graphite/copper pantograph sliding plate for the electric locomotive is manufactured after mechanical machining is conducted. According to the carbon/carbon-graphite/copper pantograph sliding plate, carbon fiber serves as a skeleton, a pyrolytic carbon base body, a resin carbon base body, the graphite powder and the copper powder serve as enhancement bodies, and thus the sliding plate has the advantages of being excellent in mechanical property, high in mechanical strength, good in impact toughness, low in resistance rate, good in self lubricating performance, high in friction resistance and wear resistance and the like.
