The invention provides a method and a system for dispatching rapid buses accurately during emergencies. By means of the method and the system, when current speed limit is changed in case of emergency, rapid buses can be switched from execution time tables executed in the current speed limit condition to the corresponding speed limit execution time tables timely. Moreover, during the running of the rapid buses, real-time adjusting is performed on the execution time table corresponding to each speed limit constantly, so that all the execution time tables can be kept at the same reference position and reference time constantly, time and position errors when the different speed limit execution time tables of the rapid buses are switched can be prevented, and the rapid buses can be dispatched accurately at emergency time.
