The invention provides an elevator pressure control device. The device can reduce the pressure control degradation due to aging and prevent the deteriorated service. The provided elevator pressure control device comprises a fan (1) which is used to blow air into an elevator car and exhaust air in the elevator car; an inverter (4) for adjusting the wind flow of the fan (1); and a necessary rotation speed calculator (12), which can generate a rotation speed command that is sent to the inverter (4), according to predetermined parameters of the fan (1), aging of the elevator car (3), and target difference of pressures in and out of the elevator car (3); wherein the parameters are calculated according to difference of pressures measured by a differential pressure gauge (13) when the elevator is operated under the commands from an examination mechanism (15).
