PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator capable of improving an effect of controlling an atmospheric pressure and an atmospheric pressure control method of the elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator 1 includes a car 120, a blowing part 4 for exhaust, a blowing part 5 for suction and a control part. The blowing part 4 for exhaust has a fan which performs rotary driving and, when the fan performs the rotary driving in a forward direction, exhausts air in the car 120 to an external part. The blowing part 5 for suction has a fan which performs rotary driving and, when the fan performs rotary driving in the forward direction, sucks air into the car 120 from an external part. The control part, when operating one side of the blowing part 4 for exhaust and the blowing part 5 for suction, operates the remaining other side of the blowing part 4 for exhaust and the blowing part 5 for suction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】気圧を制御する効果を向上させることができるエレベータ及びエレベータの気圧制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】エレベータ1は、乗りかご120と、排気用送風部4と、吸気用送風部5と、制御部とを備えている。排気用送風部4は、回転駆動するファンを有し、ファンが順方向に回転駆動すると乗りかご120の中の空気を外部に排気する。吸気用送風部5は、回転駆動するファンを有し、ファンが順方向に回転駆動すると外部から乗りかご120の中に空気を吸気する。制御部は、排気用送風部4及び吸気用送風部5のうち一方を動作させる際に、排気用送風部4及び吸気用送風部5のうち残りの他方を動作させる。【選択図】図6
