A collaborative operation balancing device for multiple cranes is characterized in that video monitoring devices [3] and remote communication modules [4] are arranged at hooks [2] of the multiple cranes [1], the hoisting conditions of the cranes are transmitted to a control center [5] in a real-time manner, and the control center synchronously transmits an operation command to the cranes, so that balance operation collaboration is achieved; an LCD device is arranged on each crane, so that relevant information can be synchronously displayed; the video monitoring devices [3] can be synchronously arranged in other positions of the corresponding cranes; an electronic level meter [7] and a remote communication module are arranged on a to-be-hoisted object [6], so that the level information of the object can be transmitted in a real-time manner; a lighting assembly is arranged beside each video monitoring device [3]. The collaborative operation balancing device for the multiple cranes has the advantage that when the object is hoisted jointly through the multiple cranes, the hoisting balance conditions of the cranes can be comprehensively coordinated.
