The invention provides a lifting balancing device for two tower cranes. According to the invention, position monitoring devices [2] are arranged at lifting hooks of the two tower cranes, wherein the position monitoring devices are used for continuously transmitting position information to a management center [3] during use, and the management center can feed back corresponding operation orders to tower crane operators to adjust; the position monitoring devices [2] are generally GPSs or Beidou navigation and positioning chips; the management center [3] can remind the tower crane operators through prompting devices [4]. According to the invention, the position height information provided by the positioning devices can be utilized to correct the positions of the two tower cranes during working together, so as to ensure that objects can be kept in a horizontal state all the time.
