The invention relates to a passenger plane parachute bay collective escape device. The passenger plane parachute bay collective escape device is technically characterized by comprising a parachute bay, an escape door and a folding type parachute. The parachute bay is mounted in a passenger compartment, and passenger seats with safety belts are arranged in the parachute bay; a buffer air cushion is arranged at the bottom of the parachute bay; the escape door is mounted at the position, below the parachute bay, of a plane body and is opened when the passenger plane is out of control; and the folding type parachute is mounted at the upper end of the parachute bay. The passenger plane parachute bay collective escape device is reasonable in design, and the inner container type parachute bay and the escape door are arranged in the middle of the plane body, so that when the plane is out of control, the inner container type parachute bay falls off from an opening of the escape door on the lower portion of the plane body. The inner container type parachute bay is separated from the plane body, and the giant parachute is arranged above the inner container type parachute bay so as to enable the parachute bay and passengers in the parachute bay to softly land, so that the aim of collective escape is achieved in a manner of whole parachute air drop and soft landing. The life chance of the passengers is increased, and personal safety of the passengers is ensured.
