The invention provides a fender structure and an automobile. The fender structure comprises a frame rail fixed to the automobile, a cantilever mechanism extending relative to the frame rail towards the first direction, an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate and a fender body. The upper connecting plate is fixed to the cantilever mechanism, and multiple T-shaped grooves arrayed in sequence are arranged in the upper connecting plate; T-shaped protrusions arrayed in sequence are arranged on the lower connecting plate and inserted into the T-shaped grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the lower connecting plate and the upper connecting plate are fixedly connected; the fender body is fixedly connected with the lower connecting plate, and when the upper connecting plate is connected with the lower connecting plate, the fender body extends relative to the frame rail towards the second direction, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction. The problem that stone raised by the rear tires of the front running automobile breaks the front windshield of the follow-up automobile in the automobile driving process is solved, and unnecessary loss is avoided.
