The invention relates to an under-actuated tracked robot moving platform. The moving platform is mainly characterized in that a differential gear mechanism is installed at the front end of a robot body mechanism and connected with a drive motor, the differential gear mechanism serves as a main mechanism, for transmitting power, of a robot platform, under-actuated deformation track mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the robot body and connected with the differential gear mechanism, the under-actuated deformation track mechanisms serve as main interaction mechanisms of a robot and the complex road condition, auxiliary obstacle crossing mechanisms are installed on the outer sides of the under-actuated deformation track mechanisms and connected with the under-actuated deformation track mechanisms and the differential gear mechanism, and the auxiliary obstacle crossing mechanisms serve as secondary interaction mechanisms of the robot and the complex road condition. As the combination mode of the under-actuated deformation track traveling mechanisms and the auxiliary obstacle crossing mechanisms is adopted, the robot can work stably under the complex working condition, and achieve the functions of stably walking on stairs, slopes, grooves, bosses and non-smooth road surfaces.
