The invention comprises a supporting rod, a crank, an adjusting screw rod, a knuckle bearing, a front fork, a vehicle bottom plate, a front wheel carrier, a front wheel, a front axle, a rocker, a short shaft I, a bearing pedestal I, an incomplete pinion, a bearing pedestal II, a short shaft II, an incomplete big gear, a driven wheel, a driving wheel, a big gear, a pinion, a rear axle and a winding shaft. A connecting rod with the adjustable length is composed of the adjusting screw rod and the knuckle bearing, and the steering mechanism is the combination of an incomplete gear mechanism with the self-locking function and a spatial crank-rocker mechanism. The periods occupied by the left angle and the right angle can be distributed at will to facilitate parameter calculation, and adaptability is excellent.
