The invention discloses a system for solving poor shunting of an in-station track circuit section based on distance measuring sensors. The system comprises at least two distance measuring sensors for detecting the distance from a sleeper in the track circuit section to the bottom part of a train and outputting the distance value in real time, a control plate for receiving the distance value output by the at least two distance measuring sensors, and shunting lines positioned at the outer sides of the left end and the right end of the track circuit section; the control plate is used for determining whether the train uses the track circuit section according to the distance; if the train uses the circuit section, the control plate outputs a control signal to an electric switch to make the electric switch act to connect the shunting lines, and if the train does not use the circuit section, the control plate outputs the control signal to the electric switch to make the electric switch act to disconnect the shunting lines; after the shunting lines are connected in series with the electric switch, the two end parts of the shunting lines are respectively connected with rails in the track circuit section to connect or disconnect the two rails while the electric switch acts. According to the technical scheme which is different from an existing mainstream scheme, the system is high in reliability and safety, low in cost, simple, and easily operated.
