The invention relates to a power supply control system of an electric automobile. The system comprises a CAN transceiver, an MCU control chip, a monitoring interface and a power supply control circuit; the power supply control circuit comprises a storage battery, a first power supply source and a second power supply source; the first power supply source is used for converting the voltage of a storage battery into working voltage of the MCU control chip, the monitoring interface and the CAN transceiver to be outputted; when the electric automobile is off, the MCU control chip is awakened through external signals received by the monitoring interface and the CAN transceiver; the second power supply source is used for converting the voltage of the storage battery into working voltage to be outputted to a peripheral electrode when the MCU control chip is awakened. According to the power supply control system of the electric automobile, the first power supply source supplies power to some circuit when the automobile is in an off state, and the second power supply source supplies power to other circuits under the awakening state, so that the normal use of the electric automobile can be ensured, and the power consumption of the electric automobile under a non-working state can be greatly decreased.
